In the most recent video for Warhammer 40,000, Tacticus presents the Necrons as a playable force.
The Necrons will be a playable faction in Snowprint Studios’ upcoming strategy game, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, the developer said today. You can watch the developer’s latest video, which highlights the benefits of their devices, below. The film was produced in conjunction with the announcement.
The faction features a variety of units that work well in distinct circumstances. Necron Warriors love to engage in close-quarters combat, taking out targets with their Gauss Flayer Guns. Reanimation Protocols can also be used to bring them back to life. The Necron Flayed Ones, on the other hand, like to get up close and personal, using their claws to tear apart both flesh and metal. Lastly, Deathmarks snipe one enemy at a time while positioned far away from the action.
Players must defeat the Necrons in battle before they can reach the Necron faction. They will then be able to utilize their own forces after that. Naturally, Snowprint Studios intends to release additional factions for Warhammer: 40,000: Tacticus in the future, so they are not the only ones accessible.
Wilhelm Oesterberg, Creative Director, commented on the most recent update, saying, “We have big ambitions to add a wide range of Warhammer 40,000 factions in Tacticus.” You can test your mettle against higher-ranking individuals in the Campaign game mode in addition to facing their rank-and-file forces. The iconic Necron Warriors and Flayed Ones attack you from the outset in the first campaign, Indomitus, where you engage with the fundamental Necron units. As launch approaches, we can’t wait to provide additional details about the playable Necron characters.
Later this year, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus will be available on Google Play and the App Store. On the official website of the game, you can subscribe to receive updates on any advancements.
